20 min late for appt. Diagnosed problem, but the repair did not fix problem, they said that may be the case, still not cooling. Service call was a little pricey.

They came and inspected, it didn't even take 30 minutes to come, they did a good job, and my A/C is working, and I will continue to follow up for maintenance service with them
