Keith responded to my inquiry quickly. We had a very pleasant conversation and agreed he drop by a couple of hours later. He was prompt, responsive, an excellent listener. He worked efficiently and capably in completing the task and charged me less than he had originally charged.

We cannot recommend Keith more highly. He is extraordinarily competent, conscientious and honest- none of which are common virtues. He is moreover remarkably resourceful- able to swiftly solve whatever complications arise in the course of a project. We were fortunate to discover him- and will hire him again at the next opportunity. We recommend him without reservation.

Keith did a great job at replacing the weatherstripping all around my exterior doors. He also replaced some vent covers high up towards the roof. Very pleasant to work with and did everything right when he said he would. I'd recommend him and hire him again when needed.

Needed someone to find out if there was any leak from the sky light window since we saw some small stain from the inside. I was very pleased to find out all it needed was to reseal the window and not to replace it as suggested by other contractors. we are very impressed with his honesty and plan to hire him again for future projects.

We have used him 3 times after recently buying an old house in Newton. He repaired two outside rotten window frames/sills, he did some cement coating on our house's foundation, created a new knee wall in our attic to make our AC unit accessible for servicing, installed a custom full length mirror built onto our bedroom door, added structural support to our garage and replaced a broken pain of glass in our garage window. Responds to texts quickly and provides an accurate estimate for costs and helps to think of solutions for those odd issues that come up on old houses.

Keith was fantastic! I've had such trouble finding someone reliable to do odd work/repairs in my home. Keith answered his phone and was at my home within a few hours. In less than an hour he has repaired my 40+ year old glass sliding door. He explained everything he was doing and was super friendly with my puppy and children. What a great experience!!!

Keith is a great carpenter and did an amazing job replacing an old exterior door, repairing another exterior door and was also able to repair a storm door that I thought was a goner. Knows his stuff and figures things out when the fix isn't straight forward.

I hired Keith over a year ago before I moved out of state, to work on several small (and even a few larger) projects for our condo and my unit specifically. I am finally getting around to giving him the great rating he deserves. He could not have been more responsive, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. And he provided great value...worth every penny. Extremely reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Keith, and wish he didn't live clear across the country so he could come help us out with the new place.

Keith pays attention to details, leaves the work area spotless when he leaves for the day and does a very good job interpreting my vision of the finished project. Keith called me right away and after some questions and answers about the problem with my sliding glass door, we determined a common time two days after I submitted the problem on servicemagic. Keith was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The problem was explained and fixed within a short period of time, about 10-15 minutes.
