Heat Pump - Install or Replace
DON'T USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! Job botched. Very unresponsive. Wouldn't return phone calls. A year later and the system still is not functioning properly. Now he won't return my calls at all!!

Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
It look him a while to get to a difficult repair but his work was worth the wait. His work was perfect. He didn't track dirt in the house and he and his crew didn't bother anything in the house. Excellent experience!!

Had central air and heat pump installed in our ranch home.in July 2012. Very reasonable price, work and cleanup. Great job! At the same time we had a sump pump problem that Keith said he could fix. It turned out to be a bigger problem because it wasn't done correctly. Keith left the job to his worker and because of lack of communication between them, the job was done incorrectly. Very hard to get him to come to remedy the situation. Had to call other plumbers for other estimates to have the job done right with the winter months coming. Took the least expensive of the 3. Keith would not accept the fact that the job wasn't done right.

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
For a high-end, very expensive Rheem heat pump which he himself recommended, he did the installation. However, it seems very clear that he does not know (or care) whether the heat pump is installed as a heat pump or as an electric coil heater. The outside blower is not running from Day 1 of the installation, and it has been brought to his attention right away, but he did not understand the significance of this issue and sat on it for nearly 2 weeks. Even after 3 weeks, the problem is not fixed. His bumbling caused me to $11,000 on this project. The waste continues as he delays fixing the problem because of exorbitant electric bills.

Had Keith replace oil fired with new gas boiler-and water heater. Good service and quality for the money. It's an older house with a few twists and turns but Keith and George got the job done. I plan on using Ma clean HVAC in future and would recommend him without hesitation. Stromboli on ME!

I am a buyer for home and though have not fully used his services, due to sellers abrupt decision on another. Keith has been extremely prompt and efficient with estimate and answering questions to the project he was going to do. Gave options on rebates and efficiencies to what was needed in home. Looking for him to do a side job once I am in to complete what i need in the home and not the sellers. Courteous and knowledgeable, definately a recommendation to anyone. Took a job 4 others wouldnt because of the complexity.

The job was delayed by due to abnormally cold weather, however once the work was started it was completed in a professional and timely manner. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage. The answer was that the job would be done right and they took pride in their work. Excellent answer! I was extremely impressed with the clean up on completion. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone considering HVAC work and are looking for a professional that takes pride in his work.

Mr. Mac Lean has installed 2 AC/Heat systems at my live in home in the City and a one piece Large AC/Heat unit in the country.
