The contractor was knowledgable and made a recommendation for the appliance that we followed.

Unable to fix issue, had to assist with removing appliance and still charge 350. If it is t a straightforward issues they didnâ  t seem equipped to handle

If I could give 0 stars, I would give 0 stars. Beware of using this individual, as my experience was nothing but poor. Horrible communication skills. Good luck getting any work done. Keithas promised the work would be completed within 2-3 days of the parts arriving (that I had to buy) but failed to set a date and time to complete the work. Upon having a delivery date, it took several attempts to schedule the first failed appointment which was canceled the evening prior. Then it took several other attempts to schedule the next appointment which Keithas failed to show up to on 1/28 with no call or text saying she would not be there. Keithas was contacted by Angi/HomeAdvisor on 1/28 after not showing up and they said she would contact me for a refund. 3 days later nothing. I am out $250 and I will be filing a claim in small claims court in an attempt to recover some/all of the money paid for failure to perform services if Angi can't get me the refund within 48 hours.

She was late half an hour. No call! When she arrived I told her what I believed was the problem. She opened the freezer door and looked inside. She did nothing! She did agreed with me as to the problem. She said that will be $80.00. She had no receipts. She went out to her truck and hand wrote a receipt on paper. Very unprofessional! Very disappointed in this service call! I assumed Angie would have the best!!!!!

You set up an appt for them to come and they were there in 15 min.(just cooking bâ fast). Gave them $100.00 for 1 fluorescence bulb and small bulb for inside oven. Then paid them $250 to put them in. VERY EXPENSIVE
