The technicians were polite, timely and thorough.

I liked these guys. They were local, easy to work with, responsive, and got the job done. My only complaint is that one small part of the job was not included in the estimate. Because it related to technical stuff that I didn’t know anything about, I made some calls to double-check the accuracy of the recommendation. Other well-known companies confirmed what we were being told. It made me feel guilty for double-checking. Even when this was added in, it was cheaper than other quotes. I would definitely hire them again. They know their stuff and are honest.

Two mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump systems with 2 condensors and 5 evaporators were expertly installed, set up, and tested in my home. All commitments made were honored including schedule. Installed first system with only a few days notice to satisfy an urgent requirement. Work was professionally done from the initial estimate through installation and cleanup. Excellent experience in working with contractor.

Excellent service

It took them a bit to find the problem (bad thermostat). I did have to buy a new one and install it myself.

Came on time, found the problem, recommended the easiest way to fix it. Very satisfied.

Robert was able to squeeze us into his schedule to fix our AC unit during a heatwave. Repair was done quickly. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would hire them again without hesitation.

On time and excellent service.

Excellent work.

I hired them to do a tune up of my A/cs. They were 3 hours late. Work done was satisfactory.

An excellent , Knowlegeable , courtuous hard working team .7 stars deserved . I highly recommend this company.

Robert Kilkelly and his team did a great job installing a new air conditioning system. Our prior central air system wasn't installed the right way and we had areas in our house that were too hot or too cold. Robert's price was right in line with other quotes we received and we felt his recommendations were honest. He could have sold us a dual zone system but recommended a one zone setup that would work for us. After the installation, he came out promptly to adjust it when we called with some concerns about air flow. He was also very knowledgeable about the heat pump we installed (where other contractors seemed unfamiliar with the concept).

KelTech did a great job installing a complete central air system into out new home. Robert and his team are smart and efficient and a pleasure to have around. They look at every detail and work with the owner to come up with the best solution for the project.

I live up north. My son owns an AC business in Florida. He had advised me that my job could be completed any one of three ways. All would work but he rated the methods at good, better, best. Keltech had already given a price for the job. Money would not factor in the method used. Keltech arrived and immediately suggested the best method would be his recommendation. (he did not know of my son's advice. Excellent work.

Keltec HVAC was great, they arrived at my home in Weston within a couple of hours when it was 95 degrees outside and fixed the AC unit on a weekend. Great job, highly recommended.

They did a great job and never complained that I'm on the top floor of a brownstone. Excellent communications. Left everything as neat and clean as possible. Most important, there was a problem with the unit, which they made right at some considerable effort and expense to themselves. Very happy with the results. I recommend them without hesitation.

I found the service techs very obliging and helpful.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. The folks were prompt and friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day. They did a great job, no complaints whatsoever.

Very reliable team, responsible, competitive. Making sure that client is happy Would honestly recommend to work with KelTech team

I could not have asked for better service, consideration for a perfect job, no mess remaining, even added blue board and matched paint when it had been marred to do the job. If there was a choice of six stars I would give them to this company for their honesty, information, and reliability. They stuck to their estimate though I suspect the job took more time than they could have anticipated when the estimate was made.

The two men who had come to our house were very good. Thanks

KelTech gave us the most affordable quote, finished the job in record time and provided us with feedback about other jobs in the house: the leaking chimney. I highly recommend them.

They were on time, did the job right and I was not over charged.

Rob installed a multi-zone ductless split system in my 1870s house. Although I was considering high-velocity to avoid visible duct-work, I am grateful to Rob for discussing the pros and cons of the various systems and convincing me that ductless was a better option for my house. It ended up being cheaper, less invasive and simpler to install, and avoided having a noisy air-handler in the limited space available in the finished attic. Rob also put a lot of thought into the installation. He found clever ways of hiding drainage pipes where other contractors said they would have to build a soffit. Done quickly and on time. Would highly recommend.

KelTech Contractors installed new central air conditioning in my apartment and did a fine job. All of my dealings with them were friendly and timely. They worked hard to get the job done well and to make sure I was satisfied. They arrived on time, answered email and phone communications promptly, charged what I deemed to be a fair price, cleaned up at the end of the work day, and were pleasant to have around. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them without reservation. Excellent in every way.
