It was very sloppy work. The tech came out, installed the heater, and said everything was good to go and left. I checked the work and discovered there were several leaks. I called them immediately and they came back and fixed the leaks, however, they did not seem to care about cleaning up their work. It was just a very messy job. The fact that they left here without even checking to make sure it was not leaking was dissatisfying. Also, I was told by them, when given the estimate, that a city inspector would need to come out and inspect it however, after the work was done the tech said it did not need to be inspected. They were not the lowest estimate for the job, I went with them because they were locally owned and operated.
