After getting the run around from another company who failed to show up, a friend suggested that we call Greg. I'm so glad that she did! He was here less than 24 hours later with a helper and all of the materials needed. In less than two hours, we have a brand new water heater. The workmanship was amazing. He is very customer service oriented. We could not be happier with the service and the price.

Replaced hot water heater in a timely and professional manner

Greg replaced my 22-year old water heater and I could never be more happy. Greg himself called me after I posted my request at HomeAdvisor. He was very patient in answering all my questions that helped me make a good decision. He gave me several replacement options including just installation (if I will buy my own water heater). There were several phone calls before I finally pulled the trigger to replace my water heater. I ended up ordering everything from Greg. You may save a little bit buying the unit yourself, however it is not worth the hassle of picking up a huge and heavy box or have it delivered and pay delivery fee. On install day, Greg and his team showed up on time. I observed how the old unit was demolished and the new heater was installed. The install quality is excellent, no crooked copper tubing showing his attention to details. Weld and connections looks very well done. In about one hour, the installation was finished and he even walked me through on how to re-ignite the pilot flame in case it goes out. The unit has an 8-year warranty from Rheem and 1-year warranty for installation from Greg. Overall, I am very happy and felt he offered an excellent value and would definitely use his service when needed. Highly recommended!!

My hot water heater was leaking and it was getting worse by the day. After speaking with Greg Kelley, I came to the decision to just replace the tank instead of going tankless. I wasn't pressured for an up sell, and I'm sure Mr Kelley could have made more money by installing a tankless system. They came out and had a new tank installed in less than 24 hours from the time that I first called them. The price was the same as everyone else and there was no emergency fee. The work was done quickly and appears to be good quality. I would hire Kelley plumbing again, with no hesitation.

With hot water becoming increasingly colder, and with only a few days remaining until Christmas, our 13-year-old electric hot water heater was in need of immediate replacement. Thank goodness for Kelley Plumbing! Mr. Kelley and Ronnie were able to come to our house on Friday, December 22, and complete all necessary work in an expert and seemingly effortless fashion. We now have much better water pressure throughout the house, plentiful amounts of hot water, and the peace of mind that comes from a job well done. And all at a very reasonable price! We woke on a Friday am to find a flooded utility room, water heater leaking. I had barely submitted my plea for help when Greg Kelley called us back. He asked for details, gave us a quote and said he’d be here ASAP. He did show up surprisingly soon, was very thorough, careful, worked quickly and then gone. I have hot water again!! Greg and Ronnie did an AWESOME job! Woke up to find water in the basement leaking from the water heater. Pulled up Home Advisor. Connected right to Kelly Plumbing. Answered all my questions and were here within hours. They were fast and efficient in replacing our water heater. Very curtious and professional!! Will hire them again. 😄

Greg was great. He took the time to explain what I needed to consider in my decision. I wanted a specific water heater from Home Depot with a longer warranty. I purchased it and he picked it up and installed it at my home the next day. Definitely would call again.
