"We are sorry that you feel you did not receive the best value for service. When we spoke initially we did let you know that our minimum tank size was 350 gallons and what our rate would be for that size tank & to driving from Willimantic to Norwich. Upon viewing the system in question we did discount you, and at that time you could have refused to have the cesspool serviced. Regardless, we would be happy to issue a credit on your account to be applied to your next appointment in an amount you find fair."
