Very prompt. He was courteous and friendly. Got straight to work and knew what he was talking about. I didn't feel awkward having him in my home as he made me feel comfortable right from the start. Would highly recommend. Price can't be beat anywhere.

Although he was on time and reasonable and knew what he was doing, the problem is not resolved and I have tried to contact him for a week with no return contact. He said if I have problems call and I did but he hasn't gotten back to me. I believe that is bad business

Got off to a rocky start due to a communication problem but Daryl is trying to work this out as I still work with presently on resolving the mice problem at the house. I am confident he will resolve this problem w/ his follow-up visit next month.

He arrived on time and answered all the questions that I had about what and why he was doing what he was doing. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs it.
