Job was incomplete and very poor service

Kelly was on the project as soon as I called him. He kept constant communication.

Showed up early, which was fine. Repaired and cleaned up afterwards. Pricing (to me) was a bit high. Would recommend.

It is with hesitation that I write this review but my frustration with the service I receive is felt daily since my shower is unusable now. I had Kelly plumbing come out to service my water tank, as well as repair my shower. Before receiving service, I had a functional but weak pressure from the hot water pipe. I was able to take warm showers but there was a noticeable difference between the cold and hot water pressure. The gentlemen that came to provide service said that a part needed to be replaced and they would fix it right away. Once they replaced the part, the water pressure was still weak and said that it might be the part that they installed and went to Loews to get a new piece. They installed the new piece but then told me that they weren't able to fix the pressure unless they went into the wall and clear the debris. They told me this would cost me an additional $800, after I had already agree to pay the first 500, which didn?t fix the problem. I declined but paid for the water tank servicing and their work for installing the new part. Later, after they left, I tried to use my shower but now the water pressure is much worse. The water barely comes out of the shower head. When I called to tell them that my water pressure was worse after their work, they didn?t deny it. They came back and fiddled with it but said that I would still have to pay them an additional $800. I would be foolish to give them more money because they didn't guarantee that that would fix the pressure either. They may have been telling me the truth but I kind of feel a little bamboozled and very heart broken that I'm without a working shower in my master bedroom.

They did and exceptional job, were on time and got the job completed with no problems.

Reasonable cost. Employees were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would hire again if neede.

I contacted Home Advisor 8 A. M. and they had the problem fixed by 2 P.M. The bill was reasonable. This is the third time I have used Home Advisor and I have been satisfied each time.

Even though the tech showed up early, was courteous and explained everything plus more their pricing is high.

Basically told me there was nothing wrong with my sump pump, but charged me $260 for a service call. I thought that was extremely high. But the Tech was great!

Very expensive apparently charge by hour regardless of complexity of work It was complete in 20 minutes or less

I felt the labor charge for two technicians ($150 each) for a 20 minute job was excessive. They were super courteous, early in arriving and the guy that did all the work was good. Explanation of work to be performed was explained. I am unsure about my problem being resolved because water soaking my rugs has not stopped.

Pricing wasn t excessive considering he came out on Sunday will definitely use again nice guy

They were professional. Kelly gave detailed information concerning the problem and what needed to be done to solve. They were at my home when scheduled. Solved the problem!
