Javier was easy to work with on the quote and repair work was done quickly and thoroughly. Initial inspection found a few other potential leak sites and all were included in work order. Photos taken for quote of damaged areas and photos taken after completion.

"Terri, If the area of rotted wood was included in the original proposal, it would have increased the original amount by the second amount charged. There were a number of repairs completed and the price is very fair, less than what most other roofers charge. Austin did explain this, but does not feel it is fair to provide a discount given the amount of work performed. This was explained. I'm sorry it's not the answer you wanted to hear, but the price is very fair for the work performed. Austin Kelly is a Project Manager, and a Kelly. You really did receive excellent workmanship. We are sorry to hear you felt the price was high."

from the on set of our issue with a roof leek Kelly was first on the job, from the project manager Javier to Jorge crew supervisor and the work crew led by Geraldo i was kept informed through out the repairs and preventive maintanance . At the conclusion of the project crew supervisor Jorge stopped out to make sure i was comfortable with all the work completed. From day 1, the Kelly employees were super. I was kept apprised of all work for the next day. They took pictures as work progressed to show me the damage encountered and the materials it took to correct. Very honest and of the highest integrity. They paid close attention to the property, ensuring fragile items were not broken and was careful with my yard and landscaping. The quality of the work was superb. Every facet of this project was handled very professionally and with emphasis on detail. Cost was very affordable and came in at the amount quoted. I would highly recommend Kelly Roofing to everyone.

I regret hiring this company to install our new 70K plus roof after IRMA. We had no issues for the three years we lived in our home prior to the hurricane and after Kelly Roofing completed the roof we had two leaks. They will not take responsibility for the eight inches of water in our home office. Instead, telling us that they will not be charging us for fixing the roof. Please.... find yourself a different roof company.... this one is not honest or responsible.

We hired Kelly Roofing to fully replace our roof and custom fascia. The shingle part of the roof was done professionally and on time. The problems began when they got to the fascia. We chose a terracotta-colored covering from their sales catalog, which was installed in two steps, an upper row and a lower row. They installed the upper row first, then found that they had ordered lower row aluminum that was not a color match. The workmen pointed this out, and Kelly stopped the work; we then waited about 6 weeks until a color match was found. The work was finally completed in late May. On August 10, a large piece of the fascia simply dropped off during the night (it was not windy or raining that night in Fort Myers). I went outside to examine the damage and merely touched the large piece of fascia (about 5 feet long) hanging from the roof, it fell off the roof entirely, it was clear it had not been fastened to the structure in any way. I called Kelly and encountered more trouble. It was several weeks before a person came out to examine the roof. After that, I would call my *project administrator* and would get excuses for not contacting me, and excuses for not making it right. The *manufacturer* was blamed but I was assured that the *mistakes on the manufacturers part regarding the fascia cover* were being all fixed. On October 1, a crew came to replace the fascia cover, they installed the wrong color! After asking to talk with a customer service manager at least 7 times, I was finally put through to someone named Alisha and was assured a manager will be evaluating the situation. They correctly matched the piece and put it up a week later. UPDATE: I was assured by someone named Ivan (who is one of the owners of the company) that the rest of the fascia that was installed was secure and that the issue would not occur again. Today (Dec 3rd) another large piece of fascia fell down (again, no wind/rain in Ft. Myers). It does not appear that this component was correctly and securely installed on the entire roof. I am at a point now that I am having to get a consultant to evaluate this situation and find a solution, and I anticipate weeks more work to get Kelly to respond properly. Do not consider Kelly Roofing, particularly if you have a complex or custom project *if you have a very simple project, they may suffice. It is also very difficult to get a resolution when something does go wrong* not a responsive company, no dedication to solving problems timely and completely.

My roof received only minor damage from Hurricane Irma - loss of shingles - and so. understandably, my repair could wait until the middle of March, so that Kelly could first take care homes with significant roof damage. However, my home was under contract and set to close the middle of January 2018, and the buyer's lender insisted the work be completed before closing. I contacted Kelly Roofing and they happily expedited my hurricane repair job so that I would not lose the contract with my buyer. The repair work is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Kelly Roofing charged my credit card $900 for emergency roof repair that literally involved 30 minutes of labor to nail down some tar paper. They refuse to give me an itemized breakdown including measurements and cost of material and labor. They claim it is a fair charge, but they refuse to justify it by showing me a cost breakdown. As a consumer I have a right to see how they came up with $900 for tar paper and 30 mins of labor. In addition, I have in writing a second estimate from a different roofer who thought $900 was excessive and seemed like price gouging. His company would have charge $361 for the same temporary repair. This company refuses to provide an itemized invoice for the $900 charge to my credit card and refuses to acknowledge the second estimate from a reputable roofer. Do not use them...they are price gougers and practice fraudulent billing.

DON'T DO IT!!!!! Immediately after hurricane Irma, we attempted to schedule emergency roof repairs with a number of different companies. Kelly Roofing required the order to be placed through their web site, with a credit card, which we did. Fortunately, we were able to arrange the repairs quickly through a different company. Coincidentally, I received a call from Michelle K of Kelly Roofing the same day the repairs were being made. I explained to her that the repairs were in the process of being completed, so please cancel the order for emergency repairs; however, we will be needing a new roof, so please send someone out when convenient to work up an estimate. She said she would speak with their Operations Manager and cancel the order. The next day, I again received a call from Kelly Roofing. This time, their repair guys were on the roof. They had not received notification to cancel the order. Two days later, I received an invoice from Kelly Roofing. They charged me $185 for the visit to the house, even though the order had been cancelled prior to service. Immediately after that, they sent me a "Release of Lien" on my home. I sent four emails to Michelle K, asking for a call. All were ignored. I finally placed a call to Ken Kelly, President of the company. He did not return my call, although Michelle K finally did call me back. She attempted to explain that I was being charged for the visit to the house, even though the order had been cancelled. In the end, we paid $185 for a cancelled service call. Needless to say, we won't be using Kelly Roofing for our new roof. Hope it was worth it guys...

We wouldn't use anyone else! My husband and I used Kelly Roofing a few years ago when we needed a re-roof. Our first experience was top notch from our first phone call to the finish of the job. It only made sense to call them again a few weeks ago when we were looking into a sun tunnel and additional roof vents for our new home. Again, the professionalism of the office staff as well as the workers who came to our home were above and beyond. They communicate each step as the install date is approaching and the workers were polite, tidy and very professional in and around our home. I can't say enough positive about our experiences with Kelly Roofing.
