We purchased our Rheem 5Ton 4 1/2 yrs ago with Bruce. Bruce is very professional and knowledgeable. Other AC companies want to sell you PM service, he insisted that is not needed specially with a new unit... and it paid off! We called and he was prompt and quickly diagnosed the issue. His prices are reasonable and he is very honest. He always looks out for what is best for the customer. He also works on our washer, dryer and refrigerator. We definitely recommend.
