He wanted to argue and fight with me when trying to resolve an issue which was fixing a dishwasher. He refused to come back and fix it properly-- he did not test it after the repair, and now I know why.

Kelly's responded to the leak in my refrigerator quickly. They put coolant in and got in running properly. However, they did need to come back to put a sealer in which was a couple of day later.
