    This company was awesome. They listen to what we said about the clogged pipe, came out the next day (called them after 5:00 pm), service was excellent, and the price was VERY reasonable. We already had a quote from another company, and they were twice the price, I would highly recommend Kelly's Plumbing to everybody. Thank you!!!!

    After some discussion and hesitation, the plumber suggested that a check valve at the well should be replaced that will resolve the issue of sucking air into the system. I authorized him to proceed with the replacement of the check valve. After having done so, he came back to my pump to test the result of his work. The pump was turned on, but no water or air came through the line. After 15-20 minutes of trying to determine what the problem was, I suggested that he check to be sure that the valve was installed correctly. I told him that may be it was installed in reverse direction. After about 20-30 minutes of anxious time laps, I asked him if he found the problem. He very sheepishly admitted that I was correct: he installed the check valve in the reverse direction, blocking all flow towards the pump. His excuse for the screw up was that he had a long week/day and he was going on a vacation the next day. Though this ended up solving my original problem, you draw your own conclusions if you want this person on any of your projects. I sure don't. Home Advisors: what kind of competency check do you do on these people?.

    Curtis called right away when requested on Home Advisor and was able to give me quotes over the phone. Same day service for clogged toilet. Lance called earlier than scheduled to let me know he could come earlier which I greatly appreciated. Lance was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and went over and beyond my expectations. My commode was blocked and the auger wouldn't do the trick. Lance had to take out my commode to remove the toilet bowl brush from my drain. He made sure everything was put back and caulked around the toilet then cleaned up everything to make sure it was spotless before he left. I would definitely hire Kelly's Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to others.

    I hired a plumber who, after an hour, said that he couldn't reach the blockage in my kitchen drain. He suggested a procedure which would have costed $1500. I called Kelly's. The plumber's name was Curtis. He and his assistant arrived on the day and time scheduled. He got here and completed the repair in 30 minutes, Would have rated overall a five, but I thought the cost was just a little high.

    Curtis was very nice and did what needed to be done to fix a clogged drain. Value for the money was givens a four because I thought it was a little high. However, I have no experience in what the common charge was. I gave the customer service a four because he was not there when he said he would be. That could have been something that was not in his control, but still late both times.
