Land Surveying
He was very professional and took the time to explain property boundaries. When the marking flags disappeared he came a second time in the rain to remeasure and place new markers for me.

Scheduled an appointment but they never showed and never called. I called back and scheduled another appointment, they offered no apologies fo the no show. They did show up for the second appointment. After some work the owner told me that the work would not be done for the quote originally given. They could not find they survey stakes. When shown the original survey they had less than nice things to say about that company. They left with no work done, and did not ask for payment. Then hired the original company, they had no problems finding the stakes which were 5 feet from where the other company was looking. Not a good experiance.
