Kelsoe Construction is a fraud. I hired him to build a wood privacy fence and prepaid for the building material. After several excuses and email messages, I asked that the building material be delivered to my property. I have not heard from him again.

Arrived at work site on scheduled day, performed some but not all work, had to leave for some reason but returned later and completed the needed repairs by the end of the day. Finished project met expectations and within quoted price.
