Had some gutters reconnected and another section replaced. An unusual connection point that necessitated a second visit to correct. All accomplished at the original quote. Installers were very pleasant & easy to work with. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Would call them again and recommend highly.

We had the gutters on our home re-secured, since the old nails kept coming loose. Keltom came within a reasonable time to provide an estimate. They didn't try to sell us new gutters or anything else we didn't need. The estimate to clean the gutters and re-attach them was reasonable. They were also able to schedule the work the following week. Other companies I called said we'd have to wait 2 months and/or tried to see us new gutters. When it was time for the appointment for the work to be done, they were here when they said they'd be here. They were respectful of our property and did their work quickly. During the next heavy rainfall, I literally walked around the house inspecting the gutters and down-spouts to make sure we didn't have the rain running off between our roof and the gutters as we did previously when the gutters were loose. All was good! I would definitely recommend this company - especially Kevin C, who was very professional and polite.

They are definitely not reliable and very unprofessional. The truck broke down twice and they did not honor the initial expectation provided the first time when the daughter Kelly told me they would be able to complete the work within a weeks time. Two hours after leaving and giving back the deposit they stated they could squeeze me in on June twenty first. When calling back to reschedule, I explained I needed the gutters on as soon as possible, they rescheduled me for the earliest date of July fifth. The deposit went back and forth four times. No work was ever started. They didnt really seem to care that they lost three potential customers in addition to myself. She is nasty and a liar. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told Im his wife and he will not go against what I say.

"May 24, 2021 the customer called to schedule an estimate for new gutters and leaders for the entire house. May 25, 2021 Our field representative went to the home to prepare the written estimate. June 1, 2021 the customer called to say to go ahead and pick up deposit and we told her that we could schedule the work on 6/21/20 as she wanted to have the work done before her surgery on June 24th, we deliberately moved our schedule to accommodate her surgery date because she explained to me how much pain she was in and how she wanted to have the work done prior. June 2, 2021 Our 1 installation truck broke down and we had to make schedule changes as we were minus one installation truck. This in turn rearranged all the installations and repairs that had been scheduled previously. June 3, 2021 We went out on June 3rd to pick up the deposit but because of the schedule change we had to change her install to after 6/24, which she declined because it was after the scheduled surgery. That day we did not accept the deposit of the job. The customer was upset and began getting agitated on the phone. June 8, 2021 The customer called again and she told me that her husband told her to apologize and to reschedule the job, and arrange to pay the deposit. Without receiving the deposit we provided her with a date of July 6th to perform the work . July 6, 2021 Our techs were on the way to the job site and the other truck broke down and was needed to be towed back to our office. The customer began yelling and screaming to get another truck there as her husband took off work to supervise the job. Our other trucks were not able to be dispatched to her home as they were in other areas. The customer called me that day and told me that I needed to pay her for the time her husband took off work, also stated that she did nit have time for this nonsense. July 8, 2021 We returned the deposit and did not perform the work, No invoice was sent."

Efficient operation. No hidden costs. While here, the installers noticed that the gutter over my garage needed slightly longer material than what was there previously (and what the estimate was based on) in order to work properly. They used the proper amount at no extra charge. Everything was cleaned up nicely after job was completed, I would recommend this company to anyone who asks

Great experience. The showed up on time, the work was done fast, very friendly and professional. No issues with the billing either. Invoice came in the mail a few days later and I was charged exactly what they said I would be charged. Moving forward I will def use them again for yearly maintenance.
