Locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity. Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with over 30 years of experience. I began my career in 1989 as an associate appraiser with a well respected appraisal firm in Northern Virginia. In 1993 I joined the appraisal staff of a large bank in the region as a residential real estate appraiser. In 2010 I established my company, Kelvin A. Spencer, Appraisal Services, providing a wide range of residential real estate appraisals. My extensive field work, formal training and experience as a certified residential real estate appraiser qualifies me to provide valuations for a broad range of clients which include; individual consumers, local lenders, national mortgage companies, accounting professionals, attorneys and investors.
