About us
Ken Broadwater Homes, LLC Honesty is what makes our business successful, so I want to be up-front about the cost to build in today's market. I've been in the business of building homes for almost 40 years, I've seen prices increase year after year. The price increases I've seen in the last couple of years is overwhelming. The reason I bring this up is that for someone looking to fill out the form to get an ESTIMATE for a home.........YOU...NEED....TO...HAVE....A.......REALISTIC.....BUDGET. I'm just being Honest! For me to build a basic 1000 sq. ft. Rancher, 100% complete, including clearing, well, septic, driveway, etc., etc., move in ready, on your land, using the same products I would use if I was going to live there, would be close $ 200,000. So, when you complete the form, please be Honest about what your "real" budget is. If it's not realistic, I will not choose to bid on your Home. Thanks in advance for your Honesty. Ken
