Expensive, but VERY professional. Ken is in high demand and may not be able to start the work right away, but is on time on the promised date and works hard to finish quickly. Responds promptly to calls after the work was completed. As a "bonus," does more than expected. Courteous, friendly, and communicates well. I am well-pleased and will use him in future projects or repairs.

Ken worked with us all weekend to get our problem fixed.

Pleasing personality. Failed to produce contract (kept forgetting to bring) paid him $1250.00. Work not acceptable, moved sink pipe and added larger connector which caused us to have to replace sheetrock on one wall, overtighten vessel sink faucet had to purchase another one, broke pipe off in tub spout which caused us to have to make a hole in wall in adjacent room, didnt connect tub drain, water lines, or sink water lines. He left and never returned phone messages. Consequently, we had to get someone else to complete the job. I would not recommend his work!

We had a bit of an emergency issue with a leak. We don't live in the area anymore so imagine my surprise to find Ken so quickly and to get such an immediate response. Very satisfied with the work done as well as the follow-up. Very highly recommend.. quality service isn't easy to find!!

He came four hours late. Fixed one thing but screwed up another. Called him twice to have him fix what he messed up but her made no effort to come by or call. I will have to call a real plummer to repair his error.

Working around his and my busy schedules was difficult, but he is a very competent Plumber and is highly recommended.

Ken did a great job. He was here on time, explained everything he needed to do, did the job and was incredibly reasonable with the charges. I would not hesitate to call him in the future with any plumbing jobs.

They were helpful in assessing our needs, our budget and what we would like to have. Ken Dykes was on time, professional and neat. We appreciated all that they did and we will use them again for future remodeling.

Ken was great. I have already scheduled him to do some additional work for me this week. Also, planning to get him to replace my gas logs later on. Very nice guy.
