Ken J. Palladino Electrical Contractor

DO NOT HIRE PALLADINO ELECTRICAL. Ken Palladino did not complete the work we agreed to, rescheduled last-minute multiple times, and has stopped returning my calls/texts/emails. He received payment for work he did not complete. I hired Palladino Electric for upgrades to my kitchen. Ken provided a quote for the work and we agreed to a deposit. He came in May to begin the work after the deposit was paid, he was here for about two hours and left in the middle of the day. He asked for half my payment which I, regrettably, sent. We agreed on a date for him to return to complete the work, however he contacted me a day prior to reschedule. When the rescheduled date came, he failed to arrive on time and then cancelled on me through a text. He offered to reschedule again for the following week, but failed to show on that date as well. He did not notify me that he would not be coming. He stopped answering my calls and has since ghosted me. Ken was unresponsive and extremely unprofessional.

Ken Palladino is a goniff! Which in Yiddish means thief. Why? Because he takes your $ and doesn't complete the tasks, and the tasks he does complete aren't correct. To make matters worse, he refuses to answer emails or phone calls. He does this because no one holds him accountable. If you scroll down the reviews, he receives many ones for exactly the same reason. This fellows MO is to not hold himself to account. WELL HE CROSSED THE WRONG PIASAN. I intend to bring him to court to recoup what it cost to correct his errors and to complete the job. Moreover, he will then be liable for all costs to prosecute the case. Palladino foes this shoddy, incomplete work because he can. Well it's time his feet were held to the fire. Don't be fooled. You have no idea if you will fall into the 1 camp. DONT HIRE THIS GONIFF. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE-THERE ARE BETTER COMPETENT AND HONEST ELECTRICIANS.

Ken was prompt but had to come back to finish part of the work. Never actually completed everything I asked about. Work that I wanted done still isn’t. Very expensive for what he actually did.

Ken is an easy going family man. Worked with his son Ken Jr. We clicked right away. Work was first rate with a fair price. He managed to fit me into his busy schedule, turning a estimate visit into a repair. Old school values wich is very hard to find these days. I highly recommend Ken Palladino Electrical.

Ken was professional and friendly, and his work looks great. He completed a variety of tasks for us, including mounting a TV and hanging a huge pendant fixture. Highly recommended.

I was out of the area when I called Ken because there was no power going into my house. He responded immediately and went there the same day. Turns out someone had flipped the switch off at the pole. Which leads me to say, "HE IS VERY HONEST". He could have said everything needed to be changed in the box. But I was quite shocked at the cost of his service charge and price for flipping a switch. I guess I'm just out of the loop.

Appreciate a professional. Hired a different company last fall, listed on Home Advisor, after waiting nearly 4 months with zero work done. Pleasure to work with a real pro. Thanks Ken.

Ken upgraded my panel from a 100 amp to a 200 amp and it worked okay for about a month. The attic light and one bathroom light still didn't work, but I was willing to let that go. Then one day my oven, 2 outlets around it, and my overhead kitchen sink light stopped working! Of course I checked all breakers and outlets, nothing is tripped. This was over a month ago with numerous emails and phone calls ignored. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your money. Update: I had to hire another electrician to repair Ken's shoddy work. It cost $300 because he never ground the panel! Needless to say, it was never inspected, I'm lucky there were no consequences. Again, don't hire this guy.

Efficient, cost-effective, professional!

Ken Palladino did an EXCELLENT job. He was professional, courteous, prompt, reliable, very neat and clean work done, he explained everything he was going to do ahead of time, he explained what and how he was doing the work as he was doing it, and the price he charged was very reasonable. I could not possibly have asked for a better person to do the rewiring work and other projects he did for me. I was very pleased with his work and I very highly recommend him. Great job Ken! Thank you so much for all the work you did for me at my home.

Mr. Palladino did not show up even once after receiving a substantial downpayment 5 months ago. He has failed to honor his contract and ignored repeated reminders to fulfill his obligations. He then ignored requests to return the deposit in full.

Ken Palladino is reliable and professional. Very responsive unlike other contractors that don't call back. We would certainly recommend him. In fact we have another job lined up.

Mr. Palladino did a service panel upgrade for me at a reasonable price and with a degree of professionalism. The work looks really good. I appreciate that besides comporting himself like a pro, Ken offers good advice on future projects without pushing unnecessary work. He's very trustworthy and I'd hire him again.

Ken was professional, responsive and courteous. He explained the problem clearly, and installed under cabinet lighting. His work was neat and the finished product shows it was done by a pro. We will be calling Ken again on our next project.

He completed the installation, but has horrible communication skills. We need additional help regarding final installations with the county and he refuses to answer our texts and calls. He stated that he was backed up but gives no assurance or care as to completing our project. We have been without electricity for more than 3 weeks now. Had we known it would have delayed this long, we would have gone with some one else. My family and I have no time or date to look forward to when our electricity will be up. The county themselves told us they haven't heard from him.
