"Thank you for the feedback. I see this differently, and I'll explain why. Cellular PVC screen frames are fastened mechanically. That is the standard method for that material. The frames, the solar screen fabric, and the drainage gap on this project were all the customer's selections, made after I advised him of the installation method those materials require. Each of those choices is recorded in the scope notes on the invoice he signed at completion. On communication: partway through, we both signed a written agreement putting everything in email and text so there would be a clear record for each of us. That is why I asked that calls come to me in writing instead. I'm sorry if that came across as abrupt to Mrs. Reidmiller. It was never meant that way. When he asked for changes afterward, I honored my one-year workmanship warranty at no charge, and I offered him his money back for the portion not yet earned. He declined it.
