Good experience

Ken did I high quality installation of a gas burner and holding tank at a very reasonable cost. My furnace needed to be replaced unexpectantly during December and Ken was able to complete the work in one day on short notice. I highly recommend him and his crew.

In July of 2018 Ken and his crew installed a new condensing boiler to replace a 25 years old boiler. They did a great and neat job. They also partner with an electrician (Duggan Electric) who also did a wonderful job. When I fired the system at the beginning of the winter season, I had a couple of issues with air trapped in the system and with one of the circulators and this happened during thanksgiving. They came twice, replaced a circulator that had a defect at no additional charge. In addition to that, they are local Medford plumbers. What more can you ask for. Ken is great. He explained to me the whole process before we started the job. They also replaced a water boiler in 2017, Did a great job too. I will hire their services again, without hesitation.

Our boiler went out three days before Thanksgiving, it was cold and we needed heat. His bid was very competitive and he agreed to have it installed before Thanksgiving. He and his crew arrived the day before, they were very professional and did a high quality installation. We are very happy with the result. I would hire them again for any plumbing project.

Ken and his crew replaced a 40 year old gas boiler. They were wonderful. Contacted me immediately, explained everything thoroughly and provided a quote within 24 hours. When it was time to do the job they showed up on time, were clean, neat and completed the job on the same day. I have since called them for a small plumbing backup issue and the response was within one hour. He is my plumber for life. Great company!

Ken and team did a fantastic job to replace a broken water heater tank with a tankless system. He explained everything clearly upfront, came to estimate the work the same day (did not charge for coming for estimates like others tend to do) and ended up charging me still the same as estimate even though work ended up being a bit more. I rarely have such good experience!

I had a great experience with Ken. He contacted me quickly, came to look at the job same day, and had a new water heater installed the next morning at a fair price. While he was there, he also answered plumbing questions we had about a few other projects. We will definitely hire again.
