"Katie is completely correct in her evaluation of our performance. I had taken a deposit to do work on her project. I had started the work and had helped design a very nice bathroom space. I was not able to complete the project. I returned her deposit. I had a medical emergency in my family. My twin suffered a brain aneurism. I had a close friend pass away in the same time frame. I did a poor job of communicating with Katie and I regret that I was not able to serve her and her family better."
