He was all eager to get the job, said he had 6 carpenters on staff, and was ready to do the job. He requested half the money up front so that he could do the job quickly. Soon as he was paid the trouble began. He kept dragging his feet with the permits. saying he was having all kinds of problems. We had to go get them ourselves to get them. Then he just didnt show. wed call and he said he would come and never would show. He apparently bounced a check at for some kind of permit. said he went and fixed it. some time later we get a letter threatining leagal action against us for not paying for said permit. his continuley lied and made excuses
