I kind of gave them a challenge with a baby grand piano. I was very impressed with their professionalism at working together and solving the issue. Another thing I appreciated was no foul language! Thank you Kenmover for a great move!

They were in time, I was stressed out with unexpected things that day that happened, thanks to painters/ handyman not showing up the day before like I discussed with painters. (Owning instead of renting has opened my eyes on how service's are done now, the good companies show up, do a good job! THEY Don't leave you hanging or do only half the work or no show for a better job when you already took time off work to meet them at your home!) KenMover finished the job at my old 2nd floor apt great, then met me over at my new home. They set up my bed, unloaded my stuff in no time. That was a relief. Price was fair too. I called several places.

He was very polite and respectful of my things. He cared about my overall satisfaction of what he had done. He even called afterwards and asked me if all was done ok. I could not of been happier! Highly recommended him and will continue to use him for all my moving needs.
