He has been to my house 3 times and I have paid him for services and my hot tub is no closer to being operational than it was before he came. He came to my house 3 weeks prior to Memorial Day when he diagnosed the problem and said he was much too busy to fix it before the holiday. I have called him twice since then and haven't had a return call. In the last 3 months since my first contact with him my hot tub is in the same condition as it was before I contacted him. His response time is horrible!!!!

He was a nice enough guy, but didn't really seem to know to much about the spa. He really didn't help me with my problem. He first started off telling me no leak and then as the water coninued to pour out he decided there was a leak but not one he could fix. Collected his $125.00 fee for coming out and was on his way. I should have probably called the dealership to begin with, which is what he suggested as he was leaving with the money.

Ken responded to my request and promptly came to my home to repair the hot tub. He surveyed the problem and came back the next day to put in two parts - a thermostat and a high temperature limit switch and left the bill for approx. $280. The next day I called him back to tell him that the hot tub had turned off and we couldn't turn it back on - nothing was working but there was a light on inside the tub. He said he would come back and try another part. The following Saturday, the tub suddenly started cycling and turned on without any warning. We turned the jets off and it hasn't worked since - that was October 20. We are waiting for Ken.

Ken was flexible with his schedule and completed significant hot tub repairs quickly. We were a little surprised when he showed up unannounced for an estimate but he turned out to be a good hot tub guy. I recommend him for any hot tub work you need.

Ken came out within a couple of days of calling, diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the part stocked on his truck. We were up and running again within 20minutes. I felt the price was reasonable. ken Par will definitely be my go to man for any hot tub or pool related issues from now on.
