I would definitely recommend Ken Patterson Construction Solutions to anyone looking for deck repair/replacement. We were looking for someone who could replace some rotting wood that was on our deck and along our screened in porch. Ken came out to give an estimate on our project immediately and listened to all of our needs. Timing was perfect because we were hoping to get the project completed before Memorial Day and Ken was able to complete the project in a week. We are very pleased with the repairs and communication Ken provided throughout the project. He always showed up when he said he would, or let you know when there were any issues. I would highly recommend using Ken Patterson Construction Solutions for any of your decking needs.

Ken and his team showed up on time, provided a timely estimate, and performed the work within the agreed upon timeframe and budget. His team was courteous and cleaned up everything each day. In addition, the work performed was done in a very professional way. They also recommended to repair other areas that needed it and were communicative while doing so. Overall I would recommend Ken Patterson Construction and am already working with them on second project.

Ken was very professional and even responded to our request while on vacation. His crew was very accommodating, even pointed out several issues concerning our deck repairing it far beyond the original! Our project was large and included many different types of repairs to our home: major deck repairs, plumbing, drywall, wood repair on doors and windows, painting, garage door issues and several other items. His crew could do it all and did it well. It was great to have one company that could accommodate so many needs and to feel secure in the integrity of Ken and his crew. We have other projects and will call him again. I recommend his company for any type of repairs that you may need!

After a delay, did complete work. All work was done well. Satisfied with the overall project which included multiple tasks, i.e. Soffit repair, fence post repair, driveway sealed and removal of old satellite dishes.
