He was prompt, on the spot, knowledgeable and very helpful. He has done alot of work for us including commercial jobs. He was able to figure out everything for us as well as for the power company and took care of everything for us.

Mike and his guys are outstanding! Very professional and knowledgable in every aspect of their work. They installed a new 240V circuit for our new microwave and then proceeded to install the microwave. Clean up was excellent with friendly service. They were also very efficient with whole job done in under 2 hours. Cost was extremely reasonable! Thanks for a job well done on a cold day!

Very pleased with sevice and their willingness for flexibility. . I was missing a part but they took the initiative to use another part from a fan that I was taking down with the new fan. I was nervous they were going to have to come back but they exhausted ever avenue to complete the project . I would use them again for my future projects.

Everything went well. They gave the lowest quote of the 3 I received. They were professional. The only problem was that we had a defective breaker on the new box which caused pain for our new tenant since the furnace would not come on. We had to then trouble shoot and put the tenant through a bit of inconvenience while we tried to figure out the problem. I would assume that the defective breaker was the fault of the manufacturer and not the electrician. However, I suppose we should have tested all systems upon completion of the job to make sure all systems were go.

His call in response was very quick and arranged a convienient time to render repairs. His follow up phone call the next day ,to make sure everything was working properly, was an excellent customer relation. Will call againg when elcetrical work is needed. Dr.Paulette

Both men were very professional , prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant while working and great at problem solving. We will defiantly use Mr. Smoker and Chris again not only personally, but on jobs at some commercial real estate that we own. We are very satisfied customers.
