Todd responded really quickly to my requests for needing pest control for the office. The technician was timely, fast, and thorough. If we did have other critters come in (hopefully we wont!) I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.

Have been using since 2012 for control of pests and termites. Regular inspections throughout year - trusted to come even when no one home and always leaves notice they've been by acknowledging findings, status, and offering any suggestions or tips to improve. On short notice Todd was able to perform a home termite and bug inspection , treat the home inside and out, go over charges and email a complete report. Excellent service , showed up early and was not in a hurry to run off even with a busy schedule ahead.

Todd was early, very informative, and thorough. Another WDO inspection had been done prior to his and he found things the other inspection had missed. He explained what he was seeing, why he was flagging it, and I had the full report (with photos) within hours. I got slightly cheaper estimates but I'm glad I spent the few extra dollars and hired Ken-Tech.

Met with Todd.... explained what our problem was and what had to be done. Agreed on the cost and Todd returned the next week to do the service. He called previous to coming to do the service and kept us informed as to the day he would be here. Very, Very professional and put us at ease to know that all was taken care of and explained us through the process and what to expect. Would highly recommend this company and especially our dealing with Todd.

As soon as I put out my request on Servicemagic, an owner of Ken Tech promptly called me about my ant problem. He listend about my problem, but mostly he listen to me, and did his best to work with me to get out to my house as soon as possible. He was warm and friendly upon arrival as well as professional. He pointe out problem areas and gave us very valuable information, as well as went out of his way to help us out. For the time being our previous and invasion is in submission and for a price I am very happy with. Thank you Todd Turner.

Ted was outstanding! He treated my home today for ants and did some preventative termite treatment. He was prompt and did an excellent job going over the termite bond/contract with me. He also walked me around the house and pointed out what I should look for in the future. He was a consummate professional and I'd recommend him any day.

I was impressed with his presentation. His prices were right and he was local. I have commited to him verbally; he will bring the contract Tuesday; after the signing, he will start the initial treatment. I would rate hime with five stars up to this point. I can't rate him any further until service begins.
