Kenan Construction, Inc.

The roofing project went so smooth that most of my neighbors were stunned by the pace it was started and finished. The Kenan Construction was responsible for changing my roof completely and installing a brand new plywood before they put the roof on. First, we made an appointment to give me a quote for the project. After we agreed about the price, then it was time to do the job. Mr. Yosef, which he wanted me to call him Yossi, went over the time table of how long it will take to do the roofing job. He brought me samples of various qualities and designs. After, I reviewed the sample and the brochures with my wife, we decided on the Presidential shingles and he covered us under a seven year warranty for Labor and warranty for material is covered under the Manufacturer's warranty which in my case is for 30 years. The job started on July 9, 2014 and it was finished by July 13, 2014. I recommend Mr. Yosef and Kenan Construction for any jobs you may have for your house or business.

Kenan Construction paved a portion of our backyard into a basketball court for our family (we love to play ball!). We would definitely use Kenan Construction again and refer them to friends. After we got 3 estimates from different contractors, Kenan Construction was the least expensive and they gave us a realistic timeline, and more importantly, they finished the work within the timeframe and didn't overcharge us.
