Tony and his employees are very professional and do excellent work! I would recommend him highly. Tony remodeled my half bath, replaced all interior and several exterior doors along with lighting in my kitchen. His drywall repairs are top notch! Kendall Builders. No better choice!

Bathroom Remodel
Kendall Builders did a great job on our full bathroom remodel and 1/2 bathroom addition! Tony kept us informed throughout the entire remodel and answered any questions we might have. He was diligent to show up on time and kept his remodels to the schedule. Tony makes sure his work is done properly and does everything possible to make his customers happy with the end result. We look forward to working with Kendall Builders on future home projects.

Basement Remodeling
If I could rate Tony higher than a 5, I would. I hired him to finish my basement craft room and couldn't be more pleased. He arrived on time every day, communicated/explained the process well and guided me on lighting, outlets & flooring. Very professional, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. First time I've ever hired a contractor and I would highly recommend Tony.

Basement Remodeling
Hired Tony to finish a basement with a full kitchen and bathroom. Tony was always punctual, trustworthy and ethical. He was professional from beginning to end with a high quality of work. He communicated the progress of the stages throughout the project. Would hire Tony again.

I am newer to the area and relied on these reviews to make my decision to hire Tony. I couldnâ t agree more with these 5-star reviews! Tony was an an absolute pleasure to work with for my custom all seasons patio (formerly a screened in porch)!! Throughout the whole process, he was honest, communicative, fair and trustworthy. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the plan and that I was making the best decisions for me. If you are looking for an expert in remodels and a perfectionist in carpentry work, look no further! Will definitely be hiring him for future projects!

Insurance claim covered new roof, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. Tony worked with me and my insurance company in a professional manner. He kept me informed of the progress and I knew what to expect. Any issues or concerns that I had were dealt with by Tony personally and satisfactorily resolved. Work was done in a timely manner. My house looks brand new! I am very pleased and recommend Kendall Builders

Basement Remodeling
We were over all able to get what we asked for accomplished. Thankful for the work completed over all. The area Ive been disappointed in is the warranty. Installed a brand new bathtub... it creaks and pops when used. Not installed properly. Asked about help but was told it must have been a defective bathtub Contact the manufacturer and had installation instructions sent. Kendal Builders confirmed they didnt follow the instructions... wouldnt hold to the warranty agreement. Im afraid anyone asking for help with trouble issues may be told it too is a manufacturer defect. Unfortunately, I think of Kendall Builders every time I take a shower. Id rather not be thinking of them daily in a negative way. Id rather not think of them daily outside enjoying the work they completed. Wish theyd hold to the agreement. On Year Warranty on Work.

"The customer purchased Bathtub to be installed not a very good tub cheaper model should have purchased a good quality tub & there would not be any problems. we have installed hundreds of bathtubs & showers & never had any problems. this is a product default, not a labor default. Also, I had problems with this customer not having enough money in the middle of the job on paying almost had to stop job project due to this problem he purchased a cheap tub you get what you pay for."

Honest, trustworthy, excellent workmanship, guaranteed work, Knowlegable in all aspects of construction. Work was inspected by local inspectors and met all code requirements. Provided a detailed contract prior to starting the project so there was no question about what they were responsible for. Tony Kendall, the owner, and his crew are true professionals.

Owner (Tony) was very good at explaining the work he was going to do for me. He gave clear explanations, answered any questions I had and kept me informed every step of the way. Tony and his crew were always very prompt and put in a full days work. The work site was always kept clean. I receive frequent comments on how nice the siding looks and what a good job Kendall Builders did. I am very satisfied with the project he did for me and would not hesitate to hire him again.
