Bathroom Remodel
Allan Wallace did a bathroom remodel for me at a cottage on Conesus Lake. He was a pleasure to work. He was very good at communicating information or issues that came up. His work is very high quality and he was also very reliable. I would recommend him to anyone and would work with him again.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Mr. Wallace was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful, cooperative and flexible in getting my projects completed. I had a bathroom remodeled and basement renovated into living space after having water problems. The bathroom is like a mini-spa now! I wasn't really sure of what I wanted when we started, and Mr. Wallace was able to provide advice and suggestions turning the areas into spaces I love. I plan to hire him for more renovations in the near future.

Kitchen Remodel
Allan Wallace custom built our cabinets for our kitchen remodel, and we couldn't be happier with them. The workmanship is excellent and Allan is a pleasure to work with. He came up with many ideas for our kitchen/bath remodel. His price was very good and he went above and beyond the original contract. We offered him more money for some of the extra work he had done and he refused to take it ! Can't recommend him highly enough.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
working with Mr Wallace was a pleasure. He is on the job everyday and there when he says he will be there. He communicated with us every step of the way and even gave us ideas for the project. Alan goes above and beyond and his pricing is very reasonable. I would and have recommended Kendex Construction to others and will definetly use them again. Thanks guys for a great job we were very satisfied!

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Mr. Wallace is there when he says he will be there. His work is precise and just beautiful. He even went above and beyond by adding some work that was not even in the contract. It is as if he is working with the pride one would work on his own house. John C.
