They got the job done in 1 day, which included replacing 12 posts, several rails, and a number of pickets. It took their 3-person crew from about 9:00am-5:00pm. The job ended up being more work than he originally quoted, but he did not charge me extra. Nevertheless, I voluntarily paid more than the original quote because of the extra work. Among the estimates, his was the most thorough, and he recognized the amount of repairs needed. I felt some of them wanted to "put a bandaid" on the problems with our fence, maybe to keep the job small and the price low. We're willing to pay more to get it done right. We believe the repairs were really done right.
