Service not completed promised to come and never called called numerous times and asked for a call back and never received one. At first all was good pleasant and sounded competent.but then just dropped the ball and left me hanging

Dan and his wife were punctual friendly and got the job done quicker than I anticipated. They were reasonably priced I would hire them again.

Dan and Kelly were great . The unknown with hiring a total stranger is daunting at best , but the second I met them , I felt comfortable. Dan and Kelly were honest and forthcoming about my dripping ceiling / tub situation . As it turned out the repair was super simple and was guided by Dan as to what to do . Not every call will be this simple , but the fact that Dan and Kelly were sincerely helpful and totally honest is wonderful . Kenmore will be on my speed dial now. Thank you again .. C&E VH

The job cost more than I anticipated, but in truth I have no idea what an cost might be. In any event, Dan did a good job so it was worth it.

4 small projects "completed" , I had to fix two of them myself. Very friendly, very expensive. Amount of time spent on work was absurd. And of charges by the hour...

Dan Kenmore was responsive, professional, and his pricing was very fair. He explained what he was doing on all three repairs (toilet, faucet leak, and shower drain pipe), and made sure he cleaned up the work area before he left. He will be my first contact for all future plumbing work. Great job!

He was friendly, knew exactly what needed to be done, was EXTREMELY REASONABLE with his charges- in fact, I almost didn't want to write that good of a review, so I could keep him all to myself!. I've had my share of "fly by night" contractors, and when you finally find a "gem", you can't say enough about them. A Good plumber is like a Dr.- once you find a good one- you don't want to lose them.- a good company.
