Unprofessional, rude, unestablished and a hack. I would not recommend for anything.

"Unfortunately, Harrison is a 25-year-old man who is very immature. From the start of our business, I explain to him that I do not include material in my estimate. Once I started the job at some point I needed some material. I contacted him to let him know that I needed some material and his response to me was if you need the material to finish the job I suggest you go out and get the material yourself because if the job is not complete I am not paying you. That is when the job started going on the wrong track not because of me because of his unwillingness to honor his word. He is very disrespectful in the way he talks to people and being that I am."

We hired Kennedy Construction to repair our ceilings from water damage. Todd was able to suggest a more cost-effective way of handling the problem than another company we had asked. During the work they were very considerate of our community's schedule, for instance the times we were occupying the adjacent room. He guarantees all his work for a period of one year. We are pleased with the results.

I hired Todd to paint my interior 1st floor. He noted all cracks and issues with the walls and did an incredible job preparing the walls for painting. The final result exceeded my expectations. He arrived on time, good communication. His pricing was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend him for interior painting.

We hired Kennedy Construction to paint the interior of our home - living room and entry way and stair way, all with cathedral ceilings. Todd and his worker, Rob, did a fantastic job! They worked quickly yet thoroughly. Todd gave us a quote in advance which he stuck to, even though we asked for a little bit more than the original project! He and Rob were very courteous and professional, and I would hire them again for sure!

Very pleasant,quality job, reasonable price. Todd came back and forth as he stained the three coats of the new doors, working late. Everything was cleaned up and left in good shape.

Very nice painters, but needed lighting & more tarps to cover items & floor. Several spots were missed due to using just available lighting. Needed smaller brushes to paint tight spots. Had none. Clean-up was fair, but could have been better.

This was a very tough job. We needed to get the living room and dining room done before Thanksgiving Day in time for visit from my daughter and son-in-law and baby as well as the rest of the family. The ceiling popcorn needed to be removed, floors needed to be refinished, piano and all other furniture had to be moved, and recessed lighting needed to be installed by electrician. Finally new furniture delivered the day before Thanksgiving Day. Work began about November 17 and everything had to be finished by Wednesday November 25 when the new furniture was being delivered at 9:00 AM. Todd and his crew did an awesome job and even worked over the weekend to make it happen. I am sure this is not what they would like their normal job to be, because there was a lot of time pressure and great coordination required with the other contractors. I highly recommennd these guys. Todd did 2 jobs for me - replacing a vent cover & replacing a floor board on my porch that had rotted from exposure to the outdoors. I am really pleased with his work, everything looks great. I would definitely call him again in the future & I highly recommend him.

Flexible scheduling & reasonable quote. However, cost doubled after paying for supplies: shims, screws, trim, etc. Left behind what was unused for us to dispose of - wasteful. Dropped doorbell wire into wall leaving us w/cheap plug-in that isn't loud enough. Damaged wires to porch light & lamppost, costing an add'l $600 for electrician to repair. Left gap between storm door & frame which requires add'l repair. Brought his 3 young, active sons to worksite. Has not responded to emails sent since project was "completed". Have other negatives but not enough characters available to cover them all.

"I always wonder when I get a review like this. So I completed the work. Walked through the house with the customer to make sure everything is completed and they are happy with the work. They pay me then 4 months after the work was completed they leave a rating like this. All my customers get a 1 year warranty. This is the first I am hearing about any issues with Kim's work. I don't know why she left a review like this. When I was finished and received my payment she thanked me for doing a great job and told me she would be calling me for more work in the future."
