Drywall - Repair
I had a small drywall job that needed repairing (ceiling around a chimney) and KHS came in and knocked it out in no time. The price was fair as I couldn't do the work myself and he did a great job. Would definitely consider hiring KHS again.

They say you get what you pay for. I took the lowest bid and the quality of the works shows that. Nice guy, but not very good at drywall repair. Also not good at returning phone calls. I've left messages but have yet to hear back. He said he would come back to finish the job but not returning my phone calls. I've learned a lesson. Never pay in full till the job is complete. Very disappointed. Not a man of his word, sorry to say. Would never hire again and will let everyone I know about my experience with him. HomeAdvisor may want to take another look at his business.

The work was extremely well done. He started on time and finished the project as promised.. We were given options as to what we wanted to complete or have him do.. He even sent a photo after project was completed since I was at work. We will definately use him again.

Mr. Kennedy was immediately responsive to the service request, came to view and estimate the cost of service at a time that was most convenient for us, gave us some brilliant options on how to accomplish the tasks and the price was very, very reasonable. He completed the work on time and the results far exceeeded our expectations. I would recommend Kennedy Handyman Services to anyone - it appears there's nothing he cant do and we will be contacting him again for more household projects in the future!!!
