He broke some of my pictures, did not repair my table correctly and did not report to me that he had made any damages. He just took my money and left.

"This review is posted 9 months AFTER the job, in May 2020. Not a call to me or complaint for almost a year, after she had approved my work and paid by check of which she could have stopped payment for days after having discovered problems. There were not any, from Kennedy Kleen. Houseguests or vacation tenants or whoever were likely culprits, So I am someone who will pay for damages without protest or objections? Only notified through HomeAdvisor, 91/2 months later? Some people are just not right, without care to the fallout from the lies they tell and blame they assign unsuspecting people, like me. Whatever is motivating Debbie Sunstrong to."

I used Alan to install ceiling fans and then needed his services to install overhead garage storage racks. There were some already there and I was hoping it wouldn't take long since the studs were already found. After two days and $320 dollars, the storage racks were still not up correctly and I had to hire someone else to correct his work. It would have been better if he said he could not have accomplished the task, but he didn't. Nice guy, but honestly, find someone else who has knowledge of the project.

Allan was an excellent person to invite into your home for a work project.. He assessed my project and moved quickly to start moving a Yamaha Electric Piano into my living room from an adjacent room. He had the equipment to easily perform this task. He hung a TV on a wall mount to finish the task. He is personable, easy to meet and is a reliable handyman. He inspires trust.

Alan was very accommodating to my schedule as chair hadn't arrived when I contacted him. When it came I called him and he came the next day to put my recliner together. My new HANDYMAN, ALAN KENNEDY is EXCELLENT! He not only took trash/recycle to bin, he swept my side patio! Definitely a keeper! GOOD MAN - GOOD PERSON!!! I am so thankful I found him! HOORAY! // UPDATE 8/2/2021: Alan did work for me a few times. Very good outcome. Todays appointment was set for 2PM. He did not arrive. I called him and he said he will not be helping me like he did before. He has left me in the lurch.

We hired Alan to help us move things that was left from the prior owner from our newly purchased house. The things were not terrible, but they were not ours. Someone could certainly use them. Alan coordinated with Habitat for Humanity and other agencies to take the items. He did it much more quickly than I anticipated. I will certainly call him again! A nice guy too. Very happy with his performance! 5 Stars.

Mr. Kennedy was very nice and I would recommend him for easy jobs. We were looking for some one to install a microwave, replace faucets, adjust cabinet door and a few other non plumbing jobs. His work on the non plumbing jobs was excellent however I do believe plumbing is not his forte.
