Charles did an amazing job inspecting my future home. He is the most competent Home Inspector I have ever met. He was very prompt and extremely detail oriented in every way. He delivered the report the same day. I would highly recommend Kennedy Property Inspection.

Charles is very knowledgable and I'm really glad I found him to do the inspection. He's punctual and very thorough. He took his time and carefully inspected the house and had the report ready on the same day. He also explained to us in detail of the inspection and we felt we are in good hands. Very friendly and knowledgeable person. Went over every single detail and explaining me the probable cause and also the way of fixing it, fortunately there where no mayor problems. I have been to home inspections in the past, they were all just walk in quick look around and done in less than an hour. I was planning for the same amount of time, after introducing our welds the next words from Mr. Kennedy were "well it's only two (pm) I think we will be done before 6". I asked him, 4 hours? He said "yes it is a well maintained property" and started to work. What a great person and his experience can be noticed right from the beginning. Definitely will recommend his services. I don't think a 5 star rating is enough for his job, he is above that.
