Metal Roofing Repair
I hired Jerry to put a new metal roof on a barn, the work had a 10 year warranty, I received a call that 2 pieces of tin needed to be nailed back down, I tried calling Jerry and the recording said the number in no longer operable, so now I can not get a hold of them

I hired Jerry to repair a leak that occurred around my chimney. It needed to be re-flashed. He used flashing tape and caulking, which did stop the leak. The repair looks very unprofessional, and the flashing tape began to peel back on the upper part of the chimney, out of my reach. When I called to follow up on his warranty, I found that the number has restrictions in place that prevent my call from being completed. Not sure what is going on, but these guys obviously do not stand by their work. This is going to cost me thousands to have it re-done properly.

He was supposed to repair a leak in our house that we had on the market for sale. When the home inspector saw what he had done he said that the repair was not performed correctly. I contacted the repair guy and he said that he always gets this complaint from home inspectors. However he assured me that he would stand behind his work and would write a letter to support his work. He never did and he also would not answer any calls from me or home advisor later. I now have to hire someone else to redo his so called repair of this roof! He basically lied and took my money ($150) without doing the repair correctly. Stay away from this repair service !

They attempted to repair a leak. They did not fix the leak. They blocked my phone number and I can no longer call them. As well, they did not show up to scheduled appointments. I feel that I was overcharged for the project. I would definitely not recommend them.

Your leak is under warranty and I have spoken to you several times and as soon as the rain lets up, we will get it taken care of and I'll make sure you no longer have a small drip! We will be there Saturday morning at 10 am to get your leak fixed and if you have any more problems after that, please call us at423-747-9528 our work with warranty always comes first, I'm sorry but it has rained every day."

"You paid us for installing roof coating and now you want your entire house re-roofed and new gutters installed! If you pay for the new roof and new gutters, then we will be more than happy to fix any problems you have. This is a slum lord that's burnt many of people in the last 30 years if anyone knows who Steve C. [Consumer name withheld at their request] is they will tell you what kind of person he is, he rents old trailers, mobile homes out that have got missing doors and missing windows and everyone that's had any dealings with him knows he will pay for a repair then expect a brand new roof on the entire house for the cost of the repair. That's not the way it works in this day and time I'm sorry."

Showed up quickly, right after a major rain storm. Surveyed the damage--no visible water but leaks in the kitchen and hallway ceilings. Gave an estimate. Replace 3 vent covers and sealed one wall. 15 minutes work. $500.00. If the weather forecast had not been for continued rain, I would have gotten an estimate from another company.
