They were prompt, knowledgeable and were able to get my system up within a few hours. They also gave me a good overview of my system indicating the shortcomings and strengths. They were the only company that suggested a few options besides total replacement. Fortunately for me their low cost fix worked, but when I'm ready to replace the unit, this is the Company I'll call.

We called the original installer of our A/C unit but they would not be able to come out for several days to make repairs. I went online to look for another company and chose Kennedy's Heating and Air Conditioning. This turned out to be an excellent choice. I received excellent customer service over the telephone. Even with all of the service calls they have during this sweltering heat, they were at my home in less than two hours and completed the repairs in a short period of time at a very reasonable cost. The service repairman, Leroy, was Awesome! He was very polite and professional and he explained everything in detail to us. He definitely knows this business! We will be using Kennedy's Heating and Air Conditioning for our future repairs!!

Dustin Kennedy and Leroy are very professional and knowledgeable. Leroy explained everything that needed to be done and gave me an accurate estimate. He stayed with the job until it was finished and I highly recommend him and Dustin Kennedy's service. They were both courteous and a pleasure to have do the job of repairning my Lexnox Heat Pump AC unit. I will difinitely call them again if needed and have scheduled them to service my Heat Pump AC systems next spring. He was very knowledgable, no matter what I asked, he was able to give me an answer. Arrived on time and very professional. Leroy informed me of what was going on and made suggestions before doing any work to my AC unit. I appreciate how polite and patient he was due to me having to work that day. Awesome service and competitive pricing

The 2 gentlemen that came to fix our heat pump fan, were knowledgeable, efficient and the repair was completed the same day as we called. They are very economical.

I had seen the positive reviews and called home advisor and they said Kennedy would call me within 2 minutes. Kennedy called me within less than 2 minutes. I got an appointment the same day I called. These guys are very professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. The guy actually got there a half hour early and finished quickly. He did an outstanding job! I definitely will use these guys again.

They are fast and courteous. My 68year old mother's a/c unit went out and the got get back up and cool again in a few hours. Thank you

With temperatures in the 90's, I became stressed out when my a/c stopped working and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called Kennedy's Air Conditioning and was surprised to hear they would make it to home that same day (on the weekend). Leroy was the technician that showed up to fix my a/c and he did a really good job of it. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable with a/c units. He thoroughly examined my hvac system and fixed it so it blows nice cool air. I'll definitely be doing business again with this company if my a/c ever gives me problems in the future. 5 star company!

Kennedys was a very polite, professional, thorough, and prompt service. I was told that a service tech would be at my home within an hour of contacting them and they were within 50 min. The tech (Leroy) was very polite and did an awesome job from start to finish and the price was very reasonable. I felt as if I was taking advantage of them it was so good. I would highly recommend this company.
