The manager was very helpful setting up an appointment, to suit my timeframe. The Electrician, David is an excellent and very knowledgeable, and did a great job. Our project was to install downlighting in our kitchen. Ken was attentive to our needs and able to answer my questions about options. Dave who did the work was detailed-oriented and did a very nice job. They were also consdierate about trying to keep the mess to a minimum. I would use again.

Wonderful company to work with! Knowledgeable, professional and quite reasonable in terms of price. Working with Ken, George and the electricians the employ was enjoyable. They came out right away to take a look and provided an estimate the next day. The cost was higher than other electricians in the area but they devoted 2 fully licensed electricians and treat their employees to above-union wages, which we favor. They did a fatastic job, were able to adjust easily at the last minute to some necessary changes in the job itself and worked with us from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again for my future needs.

We needed some electrical done on a house we were buying. This was a foreclosure house, so there were no light fixtures or light switch covers. Wires were exposed everywhere. His crew covered all electical wires, installed light fixtures and even made sure our smoke detectors were working. All work was done in a timely, professional manner. We will definitely hire him agaiin for any additional work on our home if needed. He did a great job!

Easy to reach by telephone. They have an office manager who was very responsive to my service needs. Service date was set up on a quick turnaround and the electrician arrived as scheduled. Dave was very professional, experienced, and did a great job. Upon completion of the project he cleaned up so there was not a trace of the work having been done. I would not hesitate to use Kenneth Criscione, LLC in the future.

They did an excellent job in fixing my problems in a very reasonable period of time. My only criticism would be a couple of delays in getting to me and in keeping an appointment. But they called about these delays and were very apologetic. The serviceman (Dave?) was excellent.

Kenneth is very professional and experience, he provided me with a written estimate and a diagram with the scope of work to be done. The wall mounting, concealing the wires, and hang the flat panel TV looks just like in the commericals, I'm very happy and excited the project was completed on time as promise.
