He explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and charged a very reasonable price. It's refreshing to find someone who is honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work. Ken came out and helped me in an emergency and saved my butt with a washing machine hook up that was leaking out of control. He came at 7 o’clock at night and worked nonstop to get the job done. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for all my plumbing needs in the future

Ken called me right away. I told him the issue I was having with my water heater and sent him a couple of pictures. He gave me an estimate over the phone and then gave me a time to expect him to show up the next day. The next day; he showed up when he said he was going to. Did the work he said he was going to do. He was very professional and his work speaks for itself. When he was done with the job he had me come inspect his work. The job site was actually cleaner than it was before he showed up, lol! He did an outstanding job and I would unquestionably hire him again for any plumbing work I have to get done.

I needed to hire him due to emergency as other plumbers were not available. It was an easy job of replacing the TP valve of the water heater and his charge is very high. Further, he charges $50 for parts which cost $15 in Home Depot. For 10 min Work he charged one-hour emergency rate and on the top of that charging 4 times on parts is cheating.

They did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Ken was on-time (early actually and willing to wait for me to show up!), pleasant, professional, and well-informed. He installed my water heater quickly, was completely reasonable with pricing and even included an additional electrical service (from another licensed electrician) at no charge because he did not inform me of the need for an outlet within a certain distance. I will absolutely be using Ken again, probably next week, for other jobs. Thank you Ken!

This is same plumber listed as located on Sylvia St in Lynn. He installed an HTP indirect water heater. Before install he stated he had insurance and provided a 1 year labor warranty. Had an immediate problem with temperature consistency. Contacted him via e-mail many times over the following 11 months. Mr. Cyr stated he had installed/repaired over 100 hot water heaters and never experienced the problem. He wanted me to contact manufacturer for a solution (I'm not a plumber!). With 1 year labor warranty about to expire I contacted another company. They determined he connected the cold water supply to the Outlet in the tank and the hot water return to the Inlet (i.e. reverse installation). Cold make up water would therefore drop to bottom of tank and mix with preheated hot water resulting in a temperature drop. The other company billed me $394 to change the connections. Since the other company was charging a minimum $125 for the service call, I had them fix it. At this point I assumed Mr. Cry wouldn't take any action since he didn't in the previous 11 months. At first Mr. Cyr was apologetic and stated he would reimburse me. After two more months passed he said he would not reimburse me for a 9 month old repair. This was an improper installation and not a repair. Also, he originally stated in an e-mail that his labor warranty was 1 year. So, he doesn't honor his warranty nor does he honor his written word about reimbursement.

Ken was awesome he not only installed a water heater for me he also gave me a few tips on my downstairs dehumidifier. Great communication with a great price , will call him again for my plumbing or gas fitting needs . Thanks

Ken Cyr was wonderful! My water heater stopped working and I did not have a plumber so i started looking for a plumber and he answered the phone. I told him the situation and he told me that he was going to be leaving to go out of town shortly but that he can see I was in a bind and that he would stop by. LITERALLY 10 minutes later there was a knock on my door ( oh and by the way he loves dogs!) . To make a long story short I had hot water and hour later and for minimal money. When I told him how much I appreciated it. He said I just treat people the way you are supposed to. Well in my opinion you went well OVER!

Ken was very professional, quick to respond, prompt, and nice. He understood the problem and fixed it efficiently. Ken explained what he did and showed me pictures of the fix. I will call him again if I need a plumber.

Competitive price. Personable young man. Clean prompt work. Despite many requests has NOT provided written invoice or extended warranty paperwork. Said he would do it in more than one email. Plumbing, check. Professionalism, not. Too bad.
