We hired them to run new phone lines. They came and have never been able to get the lines working and just left us hanging. *UPDATE- we hired another company who was able to get it done for us. If you gave a refund, please contact us with that information. We have not received anything as of 6/4/20.

"We relocated the phone lines as requested, it works fine, the extra lines thats they wanted added off the relocated line the system would not support, we made multiple attempts to make it right. We have issued a refund trying to satisfy this request. Their phone system is outdated and it would not allow the new line. Again the only way we could make this right is by issuing a refund! Sorry we couldn't accommodate your extra lines on the old outdated system."

Kenneth was very nice and prompt with his bid. His worker he sent was not quite as good as Kenneth but they made any issues that we had good. Kenneth made sure everything was working correctly before they left the last day. I would recommend them for sure.
