I cannot say enough nice about Ken. He is prompt, efficient, courteous and VERY reasonable. Ken cleaned up every single bit of his mess, AND he cleaned my entire living room floor- MY MESS. Wow that is service. In addition, he mentioned to me that while washing his tools in my bathtub he noticed that my shower needed to be silicone caulked as there were some cracks. He did it for free as an extra. I am having him back to do several more items around my place, and I plan to use him for anything and everything I may need for the future.

cons: work was done to fast preventing poor results. more time should have been taken to smooth out surface and low areas should have been addressed better, holes cut out for the outlets could have been more exact, obvious 12" long crack in drywall should have been covered better, more care should have been taken when cutting drywall and corner would not have needed to be fixed. Pros: they were on time and they were professional in manner. they just need to slow down and thus improve finished results
