Arrived right on time, and after a quick assessment, got to work. Installed faucet I'd selected, and replaced the cheap plastic, gerry-rigged, flexible ( leaking, when used) drain with appropriate PVC piping. Noted that my shut-off valve on the toilet was sealed shut from calc, which I knew, but had been living with. He had the correct valve wth him, and offered a reasonable price to replace it, so I had this nagging solved conveniently too. Will definitely use Ken in the future.

Pleasantly surprised when he called immediately and set up the appointment for the next day to fix a toilet that was leaking. But he never showed up, never called to offer an excuse. Instead, he arrived the following morning, without notice, before 8 am. He told us how much it would cost to fix the problem before he began. We thought the price was a little high, but he was there already, and we needed the toilet fixed.

Ken was amazing - we had hired him before for a quick repair job on a washer and hired him again when our toilet got blocked and then needed to be replaced. He returned my call within the hour, and came during a snowstorm! Replaced the toilet quickly and efficiently. His prices are very reasonable and he's responsive and honest. He's definitely going to be our regular plumbing expert from now on.

Ken called first thing in the morning and asked if I still needed the work. I said yes and he said he could be at the house in one hour. He was on-time, he looked the job over and gave me a price and I said OK. He was able to clear the clog (about 15 feet into the drain pipe). He cleaned up after he completed the work. I would recommend him to my friends.
