Did a great job! Looks just like I hoped it would

Ken is a gentleman and excellent craftsman. He did two bathroom floors with tile. And backsplash around a tub. We had interviewed multiple installers and had a feeling Ken would be the best. And we were right. Everybody should know though, its very busy out there right now and good help is hard to find. Some vendors may be backed up weeks, if not months.

He did a great job and was great to work with. He provided valuable information and ideas we had not thought of. We will use him again any time! Thank you!

Ken did a terrific job on our laundry room floor. He was prompt, communicated well, and the work was very well done. In addition, Ken is a very nice guy and leaves his work area clean. Highly recommend.

Left sharped glass edges that would cut you, should have used bull-nose tile instead of glass tile. Broken corners on the tile, sharp edges at corner, were not level. Some tiles stuck out farther than others, grout on the painted area of wall, was not cleaned off. Does not return calls or texts in a reasonable length of time... said they were going to charge to repair their mistakes. Been over 30 days and they still have not completed the work. Make very rude comments when texting. He is never at fault, it is the customer fault for the workmanship. I do not know how uneven tile, broken corners and sharp edges is the customer fault. Way over priced for the job he does. NEVER will we hire again or should anyone hire Ken Johnson. Do have pictures of his work. Just wish we could post to prove what his job looked liked. UPDATE 1/21/2020: He brought his grandson with him as well, the kid did not do anything, he was under the age of 18. We asked for a date and time as to when he would come back and repair, never texted back. He said they could come over, but that wouldn't work with us, so now he says that that is our fault. Responding to Ken reply: We told you after misleading us on repairs that wanted the chipped tiles fixed and uneven tiles fixed and nothing else. You would never give a date or time to fix your mistakes. Bull nose was available to go where the sharp black glass area was but you elected to use black glass instead. You also stated that would be able to us tile and never mention of using metal trim, in which we would of supplied if asked.

Did a good job at a great price

Ken came as planned, did prep and installed new hardwood flooring. He went beyond expected job by picking up some materials on his way here and was very helpful with advising on type of baseboard to use in the room. Flooring looks very nice and done right. Thanks Ken.

I was very comfortable with giving him the passcode to my front door so he could come and go as needed while I was at work for all projects I hired him for (sheet vinyl in bathrooms, luxury vinyl tile in bedroom and all of main level). I recommended him to my mother after her basement flooded, and we're both very pleased with his work there as well. He was very kind in helping us move some items.

I thought they did great job. Good at cleaning up after themselves. Came back couple times to fix shower door with no problem. Good price and will call them again for next flooring job.

It was a great experience. Ken was very nice and got the job done quickly for me. He helped me figure out which tile I needed to purchase and even went to the site to inspect the damage before he continued the process.

Ken was very great to work with. He kept us up to date on what was going on every step of the way. He was very professional, yet easy going and down to earth. His work looked fantastic and he cleaned up everything. He went above and beyond and fixed our wobbly table as well. His price was very fair. I would definitely recommend to others.

Ken gave me an estimate and assisted me on deciding on the material we would select. They came on the time, were very professional, Gave me excellent ideas on an additional installations and even came back to help me with it. When they left everything was completely picked up and clean. I would recommend them to everyone.

Ken did a great job repairing and installing tile. He finished in the time he stated and was on the price point he quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, I'm very happy with his work.

After completing a ceramic tile repair in my home, look no further, Ken's Home Advsior 'profile' statement is spot on. He had the exact match for the tile I needed repaired when no other tile store on the planet could deliver. Great install, post-install care instructions and overall professional service. Definitely would recommend to others.

Kenneth was always on time, well prepared, and very knowledgable. He kept me well informed of every stage of the project and material choices. He answered all my questions and made some wonderfully helpful suggestions, which we gladly took advantage of. He kept the area clean, & left it that way. He was a pleasure to work with, and the quality of his work is outstanding and very reasonably priced. I have a friend that used a different contractor that charged twice the price, and did a less than adequate job. I'm so glad we used Ken. He will be my first call next time I do a project.

I found Ken through HomeAdvisor and truly didn't know what to expect when I contacted him. However, Ken was fantastic to work with and I would hire him again in a heartbeat! He replaced the flooring in my entire house with floating vinyl plank and carpet on the stairs. He did what he said he would do...the quality of his work is excellent...and he was a pleasure to work with. I worked everyday he was there, but I would just leave my front door open and he would lock it on his way out at the end of the day. That's how much I trust him. Hire him - you won't regret it.

Does good work but brings a kid with him so you wind up babysitting
