Kenney

I asked for the price quote and then didnâ t start the project for a few months. When I reached out to start the project, they were very responsive. Got me worked into the schedule quickly and when a prior project wrapped early, they asked if they could start a day earlier. The quote included materials and paint. I have worked with others where I had to go buy paint at an extra cost on top of the price quoted. It was easy to work with the team. There was one issue with a light and they came back and fixed it right away.

Frank and his crew redid our kitchen during the pandemic in record time. Frank is very responsive, transparent and fair. We are super pleased with the results! Would definitely recommend!

I had an unusual custom flooring request using refurbished barn wood that included a tile mural on the stair risers. Frank was very accommodating given the indeterminate schedule (we had to wait to find a building, get the wood, then have it milled for flooring), worked with me during delivery, and quickly scheduled his team. Their team was fast, efficient, and expertly skilled at making adjustments to make it all work. They cut shims where needed, shaped boards to fit (the flooring was in various widths), created framing pieces for the tile mural, and did it all with hard work and great attitudes. I would recommend Mr. Kenney and his team to anyone.

Very punctual and work efficiently

His crew did a great job in a timely manner. They renovated my bathroom, and it looks beautiful!

I was very pleased with the price and quality of the work. Job well done!

Very good work, friendly helpers, needs work on cleaning up and not scheduling so many people at one time.still waiting on them to put the vents back up & replace the one Kenny took to get a new one & thats been months now.The lady that did the clean up ended up taken a piece of wood that went to a cabinet & i cant replace it also took a metal piece that wasnt to go. I text him to ask when they would be coming back but still havent heard back but i guess thats what happens when you pay the final cost before every little bit of the job is done.

Frank is an absolute professional. He was super communicative and easy to work with. Will absolutely hire him again in the future.

I canâ t say enough nice things about the quality of the work we received. We hired Kenney to do a light remodel of a house we purchased prior to move-in. We had a vision for what we wanted but he helped us understand where some of the things we had envisioned might not work as well as others. His crews were consummate professionals and did impeccable work. The inevitable hiccups that came up along the way were dealt with swiftly and professionally and without additional charges unless a major change was requested by us. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. A bad batch of paint led to some peeling on the bannister a couple days after move in. He had his crew back here the next day with higher quality paint to redo the entire bannister at no additional charge. Iâ ve already hired him to prep our old house for sale. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Kenney Construction.
