The Quality of the workmanship was acceptable. However Mr. Kennon himself was rude to me. He made unsolicited and unnecessary recommendations on home improvements which were actually none of his business and had nothing to do with the job he was hired to do. I would not hire him again for this reason.

Doug was very flexible in his availability and worked around my work schedule. Even after breaking his back cleaning the stairs he still proceeded to charge me under market value price for the services he provided. I was very happy overall with what the end result was.

Stunning results! We had old stains that others couldn't get out, that Mr. Kennon did. Knowledgeable, courteous service. Showed up on time and did as promised. Also did an oriental rug, can't believe how much brighter it is!

Doug was very Polite and friendly. Work really hard and getting certain stains out and was successful had a old couch and it came out looking new. Would highly recommend Doug and Kennon cleaning and restoration for any upholstery cleaning needs.
