I hired Kennon Construction initially to replace our roof. Then had them come back out to remodel the kitchen, add a mudroom bench with cubbies and remove the transom in entry way. I feel like we have a brand new house at least the first floor. Kennon Construction did an incredible job, were very knowledgeable, honest and professional. Ethan, Micah and the whole crew were very easy to work with, cared about the finished product and the price was very reasonable. We were at home during construction due to the COVID pandemic and really appreciated that the team wore masks and would ask for our input when there were options. We absolutely love the new living space and have received many compliments.I would recommend Kennon Construction for your next project.

Working with Ethan was a pleasure, not something you can always say when working with a contractor.. I first had Kennon Construction put a new roof on my home. The work was done on time and price was more than fair. Since my experience was so good I had them replace my countertops with granite. Again the job was done perfectly,. Again I was so happy with working with Ethan I hired them to do a complete remodel of the master bathroom. Ethan always has time to respond to your questions and believe it or not he actually answers his phone or calls you back quickly. the remodel went really well. The quality was superb and the installer's did a great job in keeping the dust and debris to a minimum. Something else I liked was all the people coming in my house wore a mask. Would I recommend Ethan & Kennon Construction? Absolutely!

Ethan goes above and beyond to make what can be a very chaotic situation in terms of reconstruction/remodeling a very positive one of the homeowner (or as positive as it can be) and he always goes the extra mile to help in terms of construction, deliver, and all of the sub contractors are the same people he would hire for his own work. So even the sub contractors are excellent as well. I've worked with him for 11 months on several projects for my house and felt safe, they are honest and we had never had to worry about thing missing if we had to leave the house. It was just a positive and wonderful experience.

Kennon Construction is a great company to hire for just about any remodel or restoration project. They are highly knowledgeable and offer way above average quality that is hard to find.
